About Yellow Door

Yellow Door guides groups between goals and results. It is a perspective that believes the cornerstones of the process includes an elevated level of skill in leadership, group dynamics and strategy.

As founder of Yellow Door, Paige Riopelle began her career in the male-dominated investment banking and private equity industries. At 27, she was leading a team of personal loan officers at one of the largest credit unions in the Midwest. Later, Paige co-founded a business specifically to see if we could break the rules in a saturated healthcare related industry that had not changed in decades. With few industry mentors, seed of an idea grew into a multi-million-dollar business. Within 15 years it became one of the largest privately owned organizations in its industry. The success of that organization came from financial and operational competency, leadership, strategy, and a strong foundational culture. Much of her fulfillment came from developing and mentoring the teams. Giving back to the communities around her has always been a priority and she has served on non-profits boards such as cancer retreats, local school foundations, mental health services and pediatric dental care. As a student of numerous mentors, coaches, systems, and certification programs, she always looked at it through a unique lens; how can the process translate to other aspects of her life and to the life of others?

Paige’s purpose is to share decades of learning and experience by guiding organizations through the process and provide them with the tools to make meaningful and impactful contributions to their industries and teams. It’s part straight-forward tactical strategy and part magic. (Ok…it’s not really magic. Or is it?)

Why the name Yellow Door? A door is a bridge between the present and the future. It is the entry point to a new place. Yellow means dynamic, mentally active, calculated and clarity of thought. It also symbolizes wise and logical intellectual development, as well as renewal (good morning, sunrise) and creativity. A yellow door is open. And minded.
